The next move is yours to discover exactly the new He has in store for you. Call upon Him. It’s not complicated. There is no secret formula or exact phrasing to be used. God will not be impressed that you memorized the way someone somewhere put a poetic prayer together. Just speak from your heart. You have Him on speed dial by simply opening your mouth. If you’re not sure what to say, try starting with something like, Ok God, I know you’re there. Here I am. I’m available. What do you have in mind for me in this new year? Acknowledge that He is there and open the door to a conversation. God will answer.
