Jesus said, “Come to me, all who are weary and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

We all need comfort in life, more than we care to admit, and I love the way Jesus provides to us the perfect comfort, every time, right where we need it most. With His words in Matthew 11:28, there are no disclaimers on the invitation. Jesus simply says,

If You Are Weary, Come.

Jesus doesn’t ask what you are weary from, because He already knows what your burdens are. He’s simply saying, trust Me. I know what you need, and I’m willing to provide it to you. You simply need to make a decision that you will trust Me to take care of it, and then rest as I do just that. Jesus promises the perfect comfort food not just for your soul, but for every part of your life. Trust Him.
